GARMENT PRODUCTION PLANTS

 

 AREA:

The building area is spread over 200000 sq ft for all process covering knitting, printing, fabric development, garment wash, cutting, sewing to finishing.

 

PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

With a capacity to turn out 700000 pieces per month and employing around 2000 personnel, the company maintains high standards of quality in production of garments keeping in mind employees welfare, safety, social and environmental aspects.

 LABORATORY:

The factory is equipped with a state-of–art laboratory managed by highly qualified staff spread over 2000 sq ft.  The laboratory is designed as per our European Buyers and is recognized by leading buyers as a facility with well-equipped modern instruments and compatible with professional laboratories.  Our buyers have acknowledged the laboratory for absolute control and check of clothing production.

 

HEALTH AND SAFETY

WELFARE ADMINSTRATION: 

 

The management continuously takes necessary initiatives to provide a non-exhaustive working environment.

  • Humidification plant to provide fresh and salubrious temperature.

  • Crèche and rest room facilities

  • Safe drinking water provided through Reverse Osmosis Plant.

  •  Adequate personal protective equipments

  • Accident insurance, Employee state insurance, Provident fund

  • Transportation, canteen facilities, etc

  • In-house Clinic with permanent qualified nurse regular schedule for doctors visit.

 FIRE SAFETY MANAGEMENT:

  • Approved by the Fire Department Authorities.

  • Centralized fire alarm system.

  • Fire and floor evacuation drills are conducted every quarterly by trained personnel.

  • All Departments are equipped with Fire fighting equipments.

  • Fire squad to handle emergency situations.

  • First-aid trained personnel in every department.

 ENVIRONMENT MANAGE MENT:

  • Approved and certified by the GOVERNMENT POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD.

  • Modernized effluent treatment plant (ETP) to manage the wastewater certified by the pollution control authorities.

  • Sewage treatment plant (STP) as per specifications laid down by the Pollution control authorities and managed by experienced personnel.

  • Separate storage for organic and non-organic waste.

  • Storage of combustible oils as per the license from the JOINT CHIEF OF CONTROL OF EXPLOSIVES.

  • Disposal of waste material to suppliers licensed by the commercial tax officer.
